Training Focus

In this squad you will bet raining 9-10 sessions a week and three gym sessions.

Swimmers will compete at NZ Open Champs.Coach to swimmer ratio 1/40

Swimmers Will Need

  • pull bouy
  • large paddles
  • small paddles
  • finis freestyle snorkel and fins
  • foam roller 
  • trigger point ball 
  • green theraband 3m in length
  • A positive attitude
